Stackable Guided Full-Arch Surgery and Prosthetics
Engaging High Impact Training for Fixed, Full-Arch
This is a beginner to advanced course but we recommend that participants already understand the basics of Blue Sky Plan and designing simple guides to maximize your experience. However, if you are a beginner looking for familiarity then that is fine as well. It is recommended that participants should bring their own powerful laptop to design cases in the hands-on portion. (Min specs: 32 GB RAM, NVIDIA 1070 video card, or equivalent, with 4GB dedicated memory, i7 processor).
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Develop a systematic diagnostic and treatment planning approach that begins with the end result in mind that you can use for every case, every time.
- Learn to digitally design an ideal, patient specific dentition and translate that into beautiful wax-ups and immediate load prosthetics
- Learn what data you must obtain along with how to integrate and store that data.
- Discuss the value of 2D simulations and facial scans in the treatment planning process
- Master free software (Blue Sky Plan and Meshmixer) that can be used for designing guides and prosthetics entirely in-house
- Understand the various full arch prosthetic options from fixed crown and bridge (FP1) to fixed hybrids and removable overdentures and how the approach will differ for each.
- Explore guided kits and surgical approaches that will help you perform efficient and minimally traumatic surgeries
- Learn when bone reduction is indicated and the various options for bone reduction guides.
- Learn staged approaches using serial extractions.
- Understand the various options for bone segmentation.
- Learn how to make complex full arch guides using both a swappable and a stackable approach
- Review options for fabricating guides through printing and milling as well as when it makes sense to outsource the fabrication.
- Gain an understanding of immediate load protocols and ways to reduce risks and complications.
- Hands-on exercises designing multiple types of full arch guides including soft tissue-supported, bone-supported, and stackable guides
EACH REGISTERED DENTIST RECEIVES:
- 25+ hours of tutorial training videos to reference after the course
- All PowerPoint slides
- Split file parameters to print or mill in-house

Dr. Daniel Domingue graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and obtained his DDS degree in 2007.
After Dental School he went on to a three year in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. His training included one year in General Practice Residency and two years in Dental Implantology Fellowship.
During these years, he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding leadership in Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in New York City.
After residency and during his first years in private practice Dr. Domingue was awarded the Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology in Las Vegas, NV, the highest award possible for a general dentist practicing implantology. He was also recognized as the youngest recipient of this award in the entire world.
He was later given a Mastership and Diplomate award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology in New York City for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry and a Fellowship award from The American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Phoeniz, AZ. Dr. Domingue is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Acadiana District Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and is the Founder and President of Acadiana Southern Society.
Dr. Domingue currently resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife, Megan, and daughter, Danielle. He practice here with his partner/Uncle, Dr. Jerome Smith DDS, in an implant referral practice (http://www.acadianadentistry.com/).
He is past president of the Acadiana District Dental Association, and current president of Acadiana Southern Society. He is a member of AAID, ICOI, ABOI, ADA, LDA, and ASS.
Dr. Cory Glenn is a dentist, speaker, trainer and tech developer. Dr. Glenn graduated from University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. Following graduation, he went on to complete the Lutheran Medical Center’s advanced education in general dentistry residency at the UT Memphis branch. He is a graduate of the Georgia MaxiCourse in Implant Dentistry, the American Orthodontic Society’s Comprehensive Ortho Program, and is an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
He lives in Winchester, TN with his wife, 3 daughters, 2 dogs, a cat, a mule, goats, chickens, and several other delinquent animals. He ran a solo private practice for 8 years and became known as the “Dental MacGyver” for coming up with creative ways to deliver complex care more affordably and efficiently to his low income and rural patient base. In 2015 he was diagnosed with APL leukemia and, while he did achieve full remission, he was unable to return to clinical practice due to ongoing back problems following treatment.
Now as a “dry fingered” dentist, he focuses entirely on teaching and technology development in the field of digital dentistry. Additionally, he now serves as the Director of Clinical Technology for Blue Sky Bio, a dental implant and software company. He speaks extensively on digital dentistry throughout the world and also operates a training center in his hometown where he teaches other dentists digital workflows and techniques.

Engaging High Impact Training for Fixed, Full-Arch
The Atlantic Implant Institute is proud to partner with Art of Arches for the Fundamentals of full arch surgery and prosthetics.
This course is a beginner course that offers a combination of in-depth didactic lectures, hands-on workshops, open discussions, and live patient demonstrations. Doctors, lab technicians, and team members will experience first-hand how to implement full arch procedures into their practice. The topics and techniques covered throughout the course includes treatment planning, case selection criteria, 3D imaging interpretation, surgical tips, prosthetic treatment, implant placement, and full-arch/teeth-in-a-day conversion protocols.
Hands-on workshops will include placement of dental implants on models. Pre-surgical planning is an essential part of any successful full arch procedure. These skills are essential to any full arch surgeon and anyone wishing to advance their skills to treat the most complicated arches.
Learning Objectives

- Understand the scientific rationale and justification for the all-on-4 procedure as well as common potential surgical and prosthetic complications.
- Observe, ask questions, and interact in live surgical and prosthetic demonstration of a full-arch, all-on-4 patient and be ready to implement tips and advice into your own workflow.
- Gain hands-on experience placing implants and prosthetically converting full-arch on a typodont that you can take home.
- Discover how to convert full-arch in both analog and digital workflows while creating a plan for your customizable hybrid workflow.
