The Full Implant Experience is a 2-day, 1-on-1 coaching program for doctors and their teams, running Tuesday and Wednesday: work side by side with Dr. Hogan through live surgery, consultations, lab workflow, and the business systems behind it all.

Over 2 days of full immersion — a Tuesday and Wednesday — you and up to 5 team members work side by side with Dr. Hogan and his Full Implant Choice team — a practice performing over 20 arches per month — actively participating in every area of the full-arch workflow, from surgery and consultations to the laboratory and the front office:

  • Full-arch fundamentals — the foundational principles that drive successful cases.

  • Digital workflow — protocols that streamline treatment from consult to final delivery.

  • Advanced surgical technique — observe and assist in live surgical cases with expert guidance.

Weeks are not offered over Thanksgiving, the two weeks of Christmas and New Year's, or any week with a holiday on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

Program highlights

Unrestricted access. Real patients. A working week.

One tuition covers 1 doctor and up to 5 auxiliary team members. Each week runs Tuesday and Wednesday, so you see a typical working stretch rather than a staged visit. Weeks run from October 20, 2026 through December 15, 2027, skipping holiday weeks, and each is scheduled around patient care at Full Implant Choice rather than a demonstration staged for visitors.
