The Atlantic Implant Institute is proud to present our full arch, full digital workflow for double arches.
The course offers a combination of in-depth didactic lectures, hands-on workshops, open discussions, and live patient demonstrations. Doctors, lab technicians, and team members will experience first-hand how to implement full arch procedures with digital technology into their practice.
The topics and techniques covered throughout the course includes treatment planning, case selection criteria, 3D imaging interpretation, brain-guided surgical protocols, surgical tips, prosthetic treatment, implant placement, and full-arch/teeth-in-a-day conversion protocols.
Additionally, we teach software tools for 3D printing, photogrammetry, facial scanning and digital design using exocad. We will also cover practice management topics of checklists, forms, sedation alternatives, consultations tips and modeling your practice and your office culture for full arch. Hands-on workshops will include placement of dental implants, Intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, and facial scanning for design. We teach the skills necessary to master double arch treatment without guides but with full digital workflow. These skills are essential to a full arch surgeon, GP and prosthodontist and anyone wishing to advance their skills and grow their practice past just a few arches per month.
Learning Objectives
- Learn case selection, radiographic interpretation, anatomy, complications, case presentation, sedation alternatives, digital photography, and digital treatment planning of the double arch.
- Understand the scientific rationale and justification for the morse taper implants, guided surgery, full arch procedure.
- Learn 3D printing
- Comprehend the Evolution and step-by-step process of digital full arch surgery and prosthetics as compared to traditional methods.
- Know business management tools in checklists, forms, consultations tips and modeling your practice and your office culture for full arch
- Be trained to merge data and design cosmetic and functional arches.
- Implement proper full arch protocols with FP1, FP2, and FP3 designs.
- Detail the steps of digital workflow on the day of surgery through delivery of a long-term provisional prosthesis.
- Observe live patient treatment of records appointments, surgery, and delivery of prosthesis.
- Practice placement of dental implants and use of IOS, photogrammetry, photography, and facial scanning.

Prerequisities
- None, but highly recommend Module 1: Fundamentals of Full Arch Surgery and Prosthetics, if doctor has not completed 100 arches.

Faculty
Dr. Hogan is a general dentist, accomplished implant dentist, life-long learner, teacher, father, and resident of Shore Drive and Virginia Beach. He is a recognized leader in dental implant, restorative, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry throughout America.
He has spent countless hours in post-graduate education on dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and reconstructive dentistry. He is credentialed as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI,) an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID,) and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI.) He has served the AAID for 4 years culminating as the President of the Southern District. Dr. Hogan has lectured internationally on the topic of dental implants and bone reconstruction. His knowledge of implant dentistry was so aptly recognized by the AAID that he has served on the AAID’s Admissions and Credentialing Committee in Chicago, IL since 2014. The AAID entrusts him to examine and credential both domestic and international dentists on implant dentistry.
An up and coming Cosmetic and Restorative Dentist, Dr. Keith Klaus is driven by a passion to merge art with science. Dr. Klaus began his journey, graduating with honors from Mississippi State University with a B.S. in Biological Engineering. He would go on to sharpen his engineering skills working as a research engineer at the Engineering Research and Development Center, a national laboratory for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In the field of dentistry, Dr. Klaus saw an opportunity to utilize his knowledge and skills in engineering to create beautiful and functional smiles.
Dr. Klaus attended the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.), graduating with honors. Dr. Klaus conducted research in the area of implant osseointegration, studying the properties of anodized titanium. He would go on to present his research at the 49th Annual Dental Students’ Conference on Research, sponsored by the ADA Foundation.
While at UMMC, he also excelled in his clinical training earning the Pierre Fauchard Undergraduate Certificate of Merit, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists’ Predoctoral Student Achievement Award, the American College of Prosthodontics Outstanding Undergraduate Achievement Award, and The Academy of Dental Materials Award. A lifelong student, Dr. Klaus has additional training in endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and implant restoration.
